Our new integration allows users to display digital signage content in Teams Rooms on Windows devices between meetings.

XOGO Digital Signage. Now available for Microsoft Teams Rooms!

We’re thrilled to announce that XOGO digital signage is coming to Microsoft Teams Rooms. Thanks to our new integration, it’s possible to display digital signage content prior to your Teams meetings, and again once they conclude. Auto-magically!

No More Idle Screens

Microsoft Teams Rooms devices are specialized hardware that enhance meeting experiences with high-quality audio, video and easy content sharing. Teams Rooms devices are typically installed in corporate conference rooms, and allow groups of people to collaborate over Teams simultaneously.

Thanks to our new integration, businesses can leverage their conference room screens to display digital signage anytime they’re not being used for Teams meetings or presentations. Why let your screens sit idle, when they can be used for important announcements, displaying KPI dashboards, stock prices, or even your company’s social media pages?

How it Works

Once XOGO is set up from the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management portal, your Teams Rooms device will automatically revert to playing digital signage content after 30 seconds of inactivity, allowing you to put your own content front and center in the meeting room. XOGO supports the playback of images, videos, widgets, and even dynamic content feeds like news, weather, stocks, Instagram feeds, and more. It’s the perfect tool to keep your team engaged and informed between meetings! And thanks to our easy-to-use XOGO Manager app, you can control all of your screens and content (both Teams devices and ordinary media player + screen combos) from anywhere on the planet. All you need is an Internet connection.

Microsoft Teams Rooms runs on dozens of certified-for-Teams devices from MAXHUB, HP, Yealink and more.

Required Hardware

In order to run XOGO within Teams Rooms you’ll need a Microsoft Teams Rooms pro license and Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows (version 5.2 or later) running on a certified-for-Teams Rooms device.

Pricing and Availability

XOGO Player for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows will be available later this year, and support for Teams Rooms on Android will follow later.

Users will need to have the pro (paid) version of both Teams Rooms and XOGO. Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro pricing can be found here.  XOGO is available for just $20 per device per month, or $180 per device per year (a 25% discount). Users can upgrade to XOGO Pro in XOGO Manager.  XOGO includes free email-based technical support and allows for an unlimited number of users, so multiple team members can control content and playlists.

Where to Learn More
