Warranty / Return Policy
Your XOGO hardware devices come with a 12-month limited warranty against failure under normal use.
This includes the XOGO Mini, XOGO Mini 2/2b, and XOGO Mini Max. If your hardware should fail under normal use* within 12 months of your purchase, please contact our tech support team for return instructions. Customer is responsible for returning the item to our offices in Washington state, and we will immediately ship back a replacement, which will be an identical or similar media player.
*Does not include damage from water or intentional misuse or neglect i.e. physically destroyed or disassembled hardware.
Customers may also return any unwanted hardware within 30 days of purchase.
Hardware must be returned in its original packaging and with all original parts in order to receive a refund. If you ordered via Amazon, simply navigate to “Your Orders” and follow the prompts to return your hardware. If you ordered via our website, please contact our tech support team for return instructions. Customer is responsible for paying to ship the device(s) back to our offices in Washington state, and returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns for software subscriptions.
