Release Notes

What’s New

  • Playlist preview: Watch your playlist play in XOGO Manager before it goes live on your screens.

  • YouTube widget: Show YouTube videos, playlists or channels on your screens, with an option to mute audio.

  • Fallback assets for URLs: Choose an image or video to play if a web page fails to load, so your screens never go dark.

  • Okta SSO: Allow your team to sign in with your company’s Okta account.

  • Safer team deletion: Before you delete a team, preview everything that will be deleted along with it.

Bug Fixes

  • Editing a player or library item no longer risks saving the wrong time zone or an empty license.

  • Fixed a crash when dragging playlist items too quickly.

  • Better keyboard and screen-reader support across filters, bulk selection, calendars and table actions.
