New Release: XOGO Manager 3.3
What’s New
German Language Support: XOGO Manager is now fully available in German, covering all areas of the platform including billing, playlists, players, widgets, teams, and more.
Guided Tour: New and returning users will now be welcomed with an interactive, guided tour of XOGO Manager. The tour includes a persistent guide bar at the bottom of the screen, welcome and congratulations modals, and step-by-step highlights of key features — making it easier to get up and running quickly.
Master Group Reports: A new reports page is now available for accounts with access, giving greater visibility into activity across groups.
Storage & Network Indicators: Players will now display a warning when storage is running low, and a network strength indicator has been added to help with troubleshooting.
Navigation Update: The "Company" section in the navigation has been renamed "Workspace" to better reflect its purpose.
Bug Fixes
The "Used in Playlist" status now updates in real time — no refresh needed.
Players list is now correctly accessible for all user types.
Swapping a playlist is no longer possible when only one playlist exists, preventing accidental errors.
Session expiry now correctly logs users out and handles the situation gracefully.
An issue where duplicate error messages appeared for team members has been resolved.
Invited users joining an existing account will no longer be shown the new-user guided tour incorrectly.
